When is the registration deadline? 

  • There is no deadline to register, but space is limited to 25 couples.

I want to attend! Do you offer a payment plan?

    • Yes. There is an initial deposit of $3,000.00 due when you make your reservation. There will be three additional payments on the following dates:

      For a single person
    • January 15, 2026 – $2,435.00
    • March 15, 2026 – $2,435.00
    • June 15, 2026 -$2,435.000 (Final Payment)

      For a couple
    • January 15, 2026 – $3,499.00
    • March 15, 2026 – $3,499.00
    • June 15, 2026 -$3,499.000 (Final Payment)

      Please note: All deposit payments are non – refundable.

What if I need to cancel my trip? 

What are the flight booking parameters for the group dates?

  • Your flight should arrive into Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR) on Monday, August 3, 2026. The trip will begin with a welcome dinner at 6:00pm.
  • Departure flights at leisure on Sunday, August 9, 2026 from Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR). Hotel checkout time is 11:00am.

Can I pre and post extend? 

      • Of course, but please note transfers to and from Castel Monastero will only be covered if they are over the program dates and from Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR).

Can I bring my child on the trip?

  • This trip is for adults only.

What travel documents will I need to travel? 

      • A valid passport with a minimum of six months before expiration is required to travel to Italy. Additionally, you will need to apply for an ETIAS travel authorization prior to travel.

Do I need a visa to travel on the trip?

      • You will need to apply and be approved for an ETIAS travel authorization. For more information click on the link here.

Will I need a REAL ID?

    • A passport is required to travel to Italy.

What if my flight gets delayed or canceled?

    • We’ll be there when you arrive in Florence even if you are delayed. 

How can I prepare for the trip? 

    • Most cell phone service companies will have coverage in Italy. Please check with your service provider. There are no irons or steamers at the hotel. It’s recommended you pack a travel size streamer. You will also need a European travel plug adapter.

What should I pack?

    • Comfortable loose clothing and walking shoes for the daytime activities. Swimwear for time by the pool. Resort dressy for the welcome reception, dinner on own and dine around evenings.  Resort formal for the final night Grand Gala.

Can I get an early check-in or late checkout?

    • The hotel will do their best to accommodate early arrival and late departures, but cannot guarantee them.

What if I have food allergies or food restrictions?

    • We will collect all food allergies and dietary restrictions during the registration process prior to the group leaving. Allergies and dietary restrictions will be accommodated at the hotel, wineries and dine around restaurants.
